Cash Flow & Financial Reporting
Know where your cash is going, what's coming and whether you can afford the next decision — with reports built for business owners, not accountants.
Overview
How we can help
Profitable businesses still run out of cash. Timing of customer payments, supplier bills, tax, super and wages can create pressure even in a good year.
We build simple cash-flow forecasts and regular management reports that show the few numbers that really matter to your business — and we review them with you so they lead to decisions.

Good to Know
Key things to know
- 01
Profit isn't cash
Profit includes sales you haven't been paid for yet and excludes things like loan repayments and GST. A cash-flow forecast shows what will actually be in the bank.
- 02
Plan for tax and super
GST, PAYG and, under Payday Super, super paid each pay cycle all need to be built into your cash-flow plan.
- 03
A few key measures
Gross margin, debtor days and cash runway tell most owners more than pages of reports.

FAQs
Common questions
General information only. Your circumstances may differ — contact us for advice specific to you.
How often should I review reports?
Monthly suits most small businesses. Fast-growing or tight-margin businesses may benefit from weekly cash reviews.
Do I need up-to-date bookkeeping first?
Yes — reliable reports need reconciled books. We can look after both together.
Can you help prepare for a bank loan?
Yes. Forecasts and recent financial statements are usually central to a lender's assessment.
