Superannuation Support for Employers
Get super right for every worker — calculated correctly, paid on time and reported properly under the Payday Super rules.
Overview
How we can help
Super guarantee is one of an employer's most important obligations, and late or missed payments can be costly. Payday Super has also changed the timing of when super must be paid.
We help you calculate super correctly, identify who's entitled to it — including some contractors — set up compliant payment processes and resolve any past shortfalls.

FAQs
Common questions
General information only. Your circumstances may differ — contact us for advice specific to you.
What happens if super is paid late?
Late or unpaid super can trigger the super guarantee charge, which includes interest and administration components and isn't tax-deductible. Act quickly if you've missed a payment.
What is a stapled super fund?
It's an existing super account linked to a new employee. If they don't choose a fund, you generally need to request their stapled fund details from the ATO.
Do I pay super on overtime?
Super guarantee is generally calculated on ordinary time earnings, which usually excludes overtime. Some awards and agreements have different requirements.
